CAROLINE TRAVERSE

Caroline Traverse is a French lawyer (avocat) who has taken oath in 2004. Specialized in international business law and tax, she acquired from her past experiences a strong knowledge of the business culture in North Africa and West Africa.

  • Advising a monegasque group within the divestiture process of a VSAT telecommunications operator in Africa
  • Providing legal services of company secretary for a group of 10 companies established in Europe and Africa

CONTACT LAW :

  • Drafting of contracts (General terms and Specific terms of Sales, distribution agreements, non- disclosure agreement, etc.) for a start-up telecommunications company in Africa
  • Negotiation and drafting within the framework of Building & Civil engineering agreement (GCC and SCC)

TAX

  • Management and negotiation of Tax Audits in subSaharan Africa for companies of the Oil & Gas Sector and Building & Civil engineering Sector

LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION

  • Advising a Moroccan franchisee in the framework of an international arbitration in Spanish (drafting of the response) before the Official Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce (Spain)
  • Negotiation with clients of a VSAT operator during the pre-litigation phase and monthly group reporting of litigations in process
